Boot Camp "Foundation" for Faster Fat Loss!

There are a lot of people out there who give up their battle on losing weight and getting fit. They've admittedly "tried"it all to no avail. Losing weight seems all but a forgotten memory and the impossibility of ever seeing their true fitness potential is lost in frustration.

Sound familiar?

If that sums up your weight loss approach, then maybe there needs to be a little more action and a little less thinking about the "WHAT".

We all get bogged down in details from time to time and some of us do it more than others. I've found that breaking fat loss down into some very basic "foundational" principles helps alleviate the "information overload" syndrome so many people go through on their fat loss journey.

At our Chandler and Gilbert Boot Camps, we break this approach down into "bite-sized" chunks in order for our bootcampers to be successful.

Bombarding yourself with how many calories, how many grams of protein, how many carbs, fat grams, etc, etc....leads most to short term progress and little to be seen in the long term.

There has to be an easier way and our boot camp nutritional approach is basic in its design, but the results can be quite dramatic when followed consistently.

As with any fat loss diet, you'll achieve the best results when it's followed to a "T". Don't add your own twist to it or think that if you just change this around a little that it won't matter.

The idea and the most favorable approach is to follow it to the letter. Plan it out, stick to it and follow through each and every day....that's the only way you're going to see long term results and build the "mental muscle" you need. In order to develop the nutritional habits, you have to be consistent. Then and only then will you then be able to realize your fat loss success story!
